Service Description

during our prenatal visit we get to know each other and go over your birth plan and comfort measures as well as home set up advice to get ready for baby. You get full labor and delivery support, including breathing techniques, meditations, massage and counter pressure. I can stay after the birth up to 2 hours for postpartum support to get your first nursing established and making sure you and baby are healthy and happy. After you bring baby home I will come to your home for a postpartum visit which will be 2-4 hours, in that time I can help with any breastfeeding/ bottle feeding questions, newborn care, light household chores, and healthy meal prep.
